Australia Telangana Association (ATA) is a non-profit organization formed by Telanganites to promote Telangana culture and identity, and contribute towards development of Telangana. ATA is formed to provide a platform for cultural, educational, social and development activities in Melbourne.
Telangana region is in south-central India in Andhra Pradesh state.
Telangana region comprises with ten districts. They are Adilabad, Hyderabad, Khammam, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Rangareddy, and Warangal.
Moosi, Krishna and Godavari rivers flow through the region from west to east.

ATAI – Australia Telangana Association Incorporation is a Not-a-profit organisation focused on the economic viability of rural Telangana state in India and service the community in Melbourne Australia. They do so through leadership development programs, public policy programs to inform people on issues affecting the economics of the community, and grants to support community generated economic strategies.
